The Moriarty Tribunal investigating the affairs of Charles Haughey and Michael Lowry is due to resume public hearings in Dublin this morning.

The tribunal was established more than six years ago, primarily to investigate payments from prominent businessmen to Mr Haughey, a former Taoiseach, and Mr Lowry, a former Fine Gael minister.
