Aer Lingus cabin crew are preparing for strike action.

The crew are highlighting managements refusal to pay wage rises due under successive partnership agreements.

Talks at the Labour Relation Commission failed to resolve the dispute.

Cabin crew have voted to strike on October 23 and 27.
