Gardaí release men held over Co Clare death
The three men arrested in connection with the murder of Sean Poland in Co Clare have been released.
The men were being held at Roxboro garda station on Henry Street and Mayorstone Station in Limerick.
A file is being prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Mr Poland, 39, died from a single bullet wound after answering his door to a group of men who shot him, attacked his partner and made off with a sum of cash at Blackwater, near Ardnacrusha in Co Clare, on New Year's Day.
