Martin: ‘Smoking ban will go ahead’

The Minister for Health is warning publicans that the smoking ban will be enforced on all premises from January 1.

The Vintners Federation has warned that publicans around the country are likely to follow the lead of their Kerry counterparts, who voted last night not to impose the new regulations.
