Harney annoyed at childcare cuts

The Tánaiste says she is disappointed at a cut in the childcare payments to participants on the Local Training Initiative.

A group involved in one of the initiatives in North Dublin says some people will be forced to give up their training, as they won't be able to afford childcare.

The Dublin 17 Breakfast Club says if people drop out of the scheme as a result it won't be able to continue.
