The Government has commissioned a study that will see 18,000 children monitored for four years to see what factors affect their upbringing.

The Government has commissioned a study that will see 18,000 children monitored for four years to see what factors affect their upbringing.

10,000 of the children will be monitored from birth until they reach primary school age, while the other 8,000 will be monitored from the age of nine until they attend secondary school.
