Labour leader criticises 'defective' LUAS system

Labour Party leader Pat Rabbitte has added his voice to growing criticism of the LUAS light-rail system being constructed in Dublin.

Mr Rabbitte said today that there were serious defects with the LUAS, particularly around the Red Cow roundabout in the south-west of the city.
