Trimble: Elections can't happen unless paramilitaries disband

Ulster Unionist leader David Trimble has said he wants to see the necessary actions that will enable to Northern Assembly to return.

He was speaking following talks on a date set for Assembly elections with the Taoiseach at Government buildings.
