Early election for North 'unlikely'

Bertie Ahern and Tony Blair will assess the prospects for elections for a new Northern Ireland Assembly when they meet this weekend.

But Saturday’s discussions tonight looked unlikely to reach a stage where an early date for polling might be considered.
