Gardaí seek help tracing missing schoolgirl

Gardaí in Carlow have appealed for help from the public in tracing the whereabouts of a 14-year-old schoolgirl who has been missing since yesterday.

Amanda Shine, from Tullow Road, was last seen leaving the Presentation College on Hacketstown Road at around 1pm yesterday.

She has been described as 5ft 6ins tall, with long, brown hair and was wearing a denim jacket, a grey top, blue tracksuit bottoms and white runners when last seen.
