Environment Minister Martin Cullen has vowed to press ahead with his plans to introduce a tax on chewing gum, polystyrene wrappings and ATM bank receipts.

Mr Cullen claimed today that the results of the latest survey by the Irish Business Against Litter organisation showed that "bold steps" were needed to tackle litter problems.
