Labour: "Strong case" for cap on housing land prices

Eamonn Gilmore, of the Labour Party, has called for a cap to be placed on the price of housing land in Ireland.

This follows Bank of Ireland's quarterly Property Review, which has forecast a 2% rise in the cost of second-hand houses across the country.
