ISPCC steps up campaign for child protection

Child welfare groups are stepping up the campaign for mandatory vetting procedures for working with children.

The Irish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children has launched a petition seeking signatures from the public, which will be presented to the government in Autumn.
