O'Meara: Ombudsman for Children delay unacceptable

Labour Senator Kathleen O'Meara is accusing the Government of applying stalling tactics in its plans to establish create an Ombudsman for Children.

Legislation for the new office was passed last year but so far, the office has yet to be established.
