Gardaí hold three in robbery probe

Gardaí in Dublin are questioning three suspected armed robbers arrested in the city yesterday.

The men, all in their 20s and from the Finglas and Ballyfermot areas, were arrested on the Navan Road at lunchtime yesterday.

Gardaí believe the men were planning to rob a petrol station and may have been involved in a number of armed robberies in Dublin in recent times.
