Tribunal to comment on latest Lawlor files
The Planning Tribunal is expected to give an update on the status of Liam Lawlor's co-operation later today.
The former Fianna Fáil TD submitted more documents about his business affairs to the tribunal on Tuesday.
Mr Lawlor is believed to have travelled to England to acquire the documents after the tribunal warned him that he was facing further legal action for failing to co-operate with its investigations.
Lawlor has already spent six weeks in prison in three separate installments for failing to hand over files to the inquiry, which is investigating alleged planning corruption in Dublin.
