Gardaí continue questioning after drug seizure

Gardaí in Kilkenny are still questioning a South American man arrested following a cocaine seizure in the city last week.

Officers secured a 72-hour extension of the man's detention period last Friday.

He was arrested following the discovery of an alleged cocaine factory in a house in the Greensbridge area of Kilkenny.

Gardaí are still examining drugs and chemicals found in the house.
