Young man dies in road accident

A man in his 20s has died in a road traffic accident in Co Louth.

The accident happened around 5.30pm today two miles outside Athboy.

A car collided with a motorbike and the man was pronounced dead on arrival at hospital.

A man in his 60s and another man in his 20s are being treated in hospital as a result of the accident and they are described as comfortable.
