Limerick gardaí get extension to questioning

Gardaí in Limerick have secured permission to hold three men arrested yesterday in connection with the murder of 47-year-old John Ryan for a further 24 hours.

The three, one in his 60s and the other two aged 19, were arrested on the northside of Limerick yesterday morning.
