A man found dead in a derelict building in Dublin died from multiple head injuries, a post mortem has revealed.

A man found dead in a derelict building in Dublin died from multiple head injuries, a post mortem has revealed.

46-year-old Paul Farrell was found on Thursday afternoon in a derelict building in Coke Lane in Smithfield.

Assistant State Pathologist Dr Marie Cassidy carried out the post mortem yesterday.

Gardaí have launched a murder inquiry and are appealing for anyone with information to contact the Bridewell garda station or their local garda station.
