The High Court in Belfast has granted a resident of the Ardoyne area the right to seek a judicial review of the Parades Commission's decision to allow a contentious loyalist march to pass through the predominantly nationalist area tomorrow.

The High Court in Belfast has granted a resident of the Ardoyne area the right to seek a judicial review of the Parades Commission's decision to allow a contentious loyalist march to pass through the predominantly nationalist area tomorrow.

The judicial review will be held this afternoon and could result in the Orange Order parade being re-routed.
