Former Dáil Deputy Liam Lawlor received £335,000 (€425,000) following the sale of land in Baldoyle, north Dublin, the Planning Tribunal heard today.

Mr Lawlor told the tribunal the money was a 25% finder's fee for the transaction, involving a company registered in the British Virgin Islands.
