Health board delays sex-education booklets

The North-Eastern Health Board has postponed the launch of three sex education booklets for young people.

The delay is over concerns the age of consent is not included in the booklet for boys.

The publication is now being re-examined.

Herman Kelly of the Irish Catholic newspaper has stated this afternoon that the books promote inaccurate information and promiscuity.
