Brennan: Mobile phone ban open to legal challenge

The Minister for Transport, Seamus Brennan, has said the regulations banning the use of mobile phones while driving may be open to challenge in the courts.

Mr Brennan was responding to questions from Fine Gael on why the law has not yet been implemented.
