Call on gardai to enforce speeding laws strictly

The vice-president of the Insurance Federation is calling for gardai to enforce speeding laws more strictly.

Paul Donaldson was commenting as the National Safety Council launched its annual pre-Bank Holiday campaign urging motorists to cut their speeds this weekend.
