Woman slashed in feud attack

A woman was slashed in a knife and gun attack on a house on the outskirts of Belfast in an apparent feud between members of the travelling community, police said today.

Officers were anxious to trace the movement of a gang whose car stopped outside a house on the Brian’s Well Road in Dunmurry shortly before midnight last night.
