Dempsey seeks OECD review of third-level system

Education Minister Noel Dempsey is reportedly planning to ask the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development to conduct a review of the Irish third-level education system.

The proposed review would examine issues such as widening college access for all social groups and would be the most comprehensive of its kind for a generation.
