PDs strongly opposed to re-introduction of fees

The Progressive Democrats have reiterated their outright opposition to Fianna Fáil plans to re-introduce third-level fees abolished seven years ago.

Tánaiste Mary Harney said last night that her party had decided to oppose the re-introduction of fees at its recent annual conference.
