Committee to debate decision on asylum seekers

A special meeting of the Dail Justice Committee is to debate the recent Supreme Court judgement concerning Irish-born children of asylum seekers.

The outcome of the meeting will be presented to the Justice Minister Michael McDowell.

Committee Chairman Deputy Sean Ardagh says clarification is needed for the thousands of people affected by the Supreme Court judgement.
