Anti-war movement convenes national assembly

The Irish anti-war movement is holding a national assembly in Dublin this weekend.

Hundreds of delegates are expected to attend an all-day event in Liberty Hall today.

They will be looking at the current situation in Iraq and planning campaigns to highlight opposition to what they call the US military occupation.

Spokesperson Richard Boyd Barrett says that Iraq must be "liberated from US forces".
