65 new jobs catered for at Co Laois business park

At least 65 new jobs are expected to be created at a new business park which was opened in Mountmellick, Co Laois, today.

The Bayroad Business Park was built by local developers with the help of the IDA and Enterprise Ireland.

It has a number of occupants, but the owners are also in negotiations with other firms who have expressed an interest in setting up in the midlands area.
