Govt publishes statutory redundancy legislation

The Government has published legislation aimed at implementing commitments on statutory redundancy contained in the Sustaining Progress deal.

The legislation proposes the introduction of two weeks' pay per year of service for any full-time worker laid off by his or her employer.
