Live Register rose by 2,881 last month

The Live Register increased by 2,881 people last month, an increase of 1.7%, according to figures released today by the Central Statistics Office.

The CSO said that, when seasonally adjusted, the figures showed a rise of 3,600 in the number of people signing on, the vast majority of them women.
