Governments issue declaration on North

Following the postponement earlier this afternoon of the Northern Assembly elections, the Irish and British governments have issued the joint declaration on peace in the North.

It details requirements of peace and stability, acts of completion and political institutions.

The 22-page document also outlines what is needed regarding paramilitarism, security normalisation, policing and justice.
