The Central Statistics Office has revealed that Ireland's Gross National Product, the measure of economic growth, increased by 6.3% last year.

The Central Statistics Office has revealed that Ireland's Gross National Product, the measure of economic growth, increased by 6.3% last year.

However, the Gross Domestic Product, the measure of growth rates in Irish industry, increased by just 0.6% in 2002.
