NI summit postponed: no peace deal

The Irish and British Governments have postponed plans to unveil their long-awaited proposals for restoring the North's suspended political institutions.

Instead, the Taoiseach, Bertie Ahern, and British Prime Minister Tony Blair will meet in London to continue their discussions about the document.
