Nurses to mount work stoppage in Tallaght

Nurses from the day-care unit at Tallaght Hospital are due to stage a 90-minute work stoppage this lunchtime as part of a long-running dispute with the hospital's management.

The Irish Nurses Organisation has accused management of abusing a policy agreed with health service employers to alleviate pressure on accident and emergency wards.
