PANA: Government in breach of international law

The Peace and Neutrality Alliance is threatening to take the Government to the International Court of Justice in the Hague.

PANA says the Government is breaking the law by facilitating the United States war machine at Shannon airport.

Spokesperson Roger Cole says the Government is engaging in criminal activity by assisting the war against Iraq.

"Since virtually every single international lawyer says the war is illegal, then the consensus is that this is illegal. Therefore, if you assist in an illegal war you yourself are a criminal," he said.
