Garda to apply for costs in Morris tribunal

The High Court will hear an application today from a Donegal superintendent to have his legal costs at the Morris tribunal paid by the State.

Meanwhile the key witness in this section of the inquiry, Mrs Sheena McMahon, returns to the stand this morning to continue her evidence.
