A post mortem examination on the body of a woman found in the river Lagan in Lisburn, Co Antrim, on Sunday has revealed she died of stab wounds to the chest.

A post mortem examination on the body of a woman found in the river Lagan in Lisburn, Co Antrim, on Sunday has revealed she died of stab wounds to the chest.

Police recovered the body on Monday morning after security guards spotted it being dumped on CCTV cameras.

She was Sharon Moore, aged 30, who lived in Dunmurray outside Belfast.

A man in his 30's is being questioned about the attack.
