O'Reilly loses ATGWU appeal

The former head of the Amalgamated Transport and General Workers Union has lost his appeal against his dismissal.

The appeal panel of the union in Britain has confirmed that the General Secretary of the Union there was right to dismiss Mick O'Reilly from his post as Regional Secretary in Ireland.
