PSNI arrest second man in fire death probe

Police investigating the death of a man in Bangor, Co Down, on Saturday night have arrested a second person.

The man was arrested today in connection with the death of 36-year-old Michael O'Hare, who died in a fire at a flat in Dufferin Avenue.
