Sinn Fein's chief negotiator, Martin McGuinness, has ruled out his party tolerating sanctions against it if the IRA breaches its ceasefire.

Sinn Fein's chief negotiator, Martin McGuinness, has ruled out his party tolerating sanctions against it if the IRA breaches its ceasefire.

Speaking in south Armagh today, Mr. McGuinness also said it remained to be seen if the intense negotiations now under way would break the political stalemate.
