Infrastructure at Our Lady's Hospital for Sick Children in Dublin is inadequate and below international standards, according to a report commissioned by the hospital.

The Pollock Report said facilities in some of the hospital's wards are seriously outdated and should be replaced because it would be impossible to upgrade them to 21st-century standards.
