Ulster Unionist Party leader David Trimble has reiterated that he will not re-enter government with Sinn Fein unless the IRA makes ground-breaking moves on decommissioning and disbandment.

Speaking in Belfast, Mr Trimble said he has seen no sign yet that the republican movement is prepared to engage in such "acts of completion".
