Headstones damaged in overnight vandalism

Gardaí say 39 headstones were damaged by vandals at Glasnevin cemetery in Dublin last night.

A JCB was used to smash the headstones in the old part of the graveyard known as "QC Walk".

It is estimated €45,000 worth of damage was caused.
