Man dies after tractor collision

An 80-year-old man died in hospital after his tractor collided with a car, NI police said today.

Albert Walmsley, of Druminiskill, Co Fermanagh, is thought to have been behind the wheel of his tractor when the accident occurred on the Drumcard Crossroads with Swanlinbar Road, outside Enniskillen.

The collision took place on Tuesday last week. Mr Walmsley was taken to hospital but died from his injuries last night, police said.

The other driver was not thought to have been injured.
