SDLP seek updates in murder investigations
The SDLP is expected to seek updates on two controversial murder investigations when it meets the Police Ombudsman, Nuala O'Loan, later today.
The party is expected to query progress in the investigation into the murders of Rosemary Nelson in 1999 and Robert Hamill in 1997.
Mrs Nelson, a Catholic solicitor, died after loyalists planted a bomb under her car in Portadown, Co Armagh, in March 1999.
Mr Hamill was kicked to death by a mob of loyalists in the centre of Portadown in April 1997.
