Labour criticise cap on abuse fund

Labour have accused the Taoiseach of placing a veil of secrecy over a deal done between the Government and religious institutions for compensating abuse victims.

Labour leader Pat Rabbitte says the Taoiseach is not answering questions as how much the tax payer will need to fund compensation for abuse victims.
