PSNI resume search for missing pensioner

Police are resuming their search this morning for an 84-year-old man who has been missing from a Co Tyrone nursing home for more than 12 hours.

Ernie Porter was reported missing at 8pm last night from his home on Omagh's Knockmoyle Road.

He is described as five foot six inches tall and very frail. It is thought he was wearing a blue sweater and grey trousers.
